HWMHS 100th anniversary commemorated with plaque

A centenary plaque was unveiled at Hay War Memorial High School last week to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the school.

The honour was undertaken by president of the P&C Association, Mrs Kerry Barnes (above left) and Griffith Principals Network Director, Mrs Jane Gill. Certificates of appreciation were presented to those instrumental in organising the centenary celebrations. Torch flame awards were also presented to those who had a special connection to the history and progression of the school.
