Home grown hero, Danielle ‘Drop Bear’ Curtis Pallas Athena strikes again at Women's Fighting Championship

Locally grown MMA champion, Danielle ‘Drop Bear’ Curtis (pictured), daughter of Linda Wright and Les Curtis, has done it again!
The fierce, independent Drop Bear fought in the Co Main Event of Pallas Athena Women's Fighting Championship INC in Canada. After her original opponent had to withdraw due to injury, Danielle stepped up a weight division on short notice to face a high-level opponent, Lexi Rook, From the UK, and who was ranked significantly higher than Drop Bear. Some sites had predictions of Rook defeating Drop Bear, votes 86 per cent in Rook’s favour.
We knew that Drop Bear would have the last say, however.
Afetr an amazing bout, Danielle secured the TKO in the third round.
Many Australian fans streamed the fight, so they could cheer Danielle on.
“Thank you so much for all the support,” Danielle said to her fans.
“It felt amazing to be back inside the cage, and to be doing it on the international stage was the cherry on top.”
Congratulations, Danielle ‘Drop Bear’ Curtis, you do us all proud.
Your star will no doubt continue to rise, nobody can get one up on the mighty ‘Drop Bear’!
