Praise for sports achievers

Dear Tertia,

I would like to say how proud I am of the Hay sports people who travel long distances so their children can compete in their chosen sport.

The success achieved by them all is amazing when comparing the population of Hay, with Griffith, Leeton and Wagga.

I know how tiring it can be as I did thousands of miles so my children could compete in the 70s and 80s.

Once again, congratulations to the parents supporting their children and to the children.
