Facelift for Lachlan Street

Work is under way on Witcombe Place Phase 2 on the western side of Lachlan Street.

The project is funded by NSW Department of Planning and Environment and includes the section in front of the Post Office and Lands building.

General Manager, David Webb said this phase was an extension of Phase 1 (in front of the Council Offices and Commonwealth Bank), with the same pattern of concreting, similar furniture, similar trees, and the inclusion of public art.
