Life member honours

Hay Jockey Club recently bestowed Life membership honours on two tireless workers Georgie and Tony Neil (absent).

At the presentation, president Cameron Clark praised Mr Neil’s contribution over the past 15 years.

“Tony is an excellent clubman, who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes,” he said.

“Mrs Neil has been instrumental in introducing efficiencies to the Club’s race days, streamlining the ticketing process, organising rosters and staff.

“She has contributed every year to the conversation on how we can continue to improve our race day experience for everyone.”
