Silver for Nate
Champion athlete, Nate Clarke competed at the NSW Junior Track and Field Championships last month and brought home silver.
As this event is a requirement for eligibility to compete at Nationals, it attracts the best of the best athletes in NSW, from under 14s to under 20s.
Nate runs in the under 15s age group.
After a successful All Schools and Country Championships, Nate had high hopes to medal again. He entered the 400 metre and 800 metre over the three days. The rain stopped for his first race and he came second in his 400 metre heat, qualifying fifth fastest for the final.
