Thanks from CASE

Madam

On behalf of myself and members of CASE I would like to say a huge thank you, firstly to Tyler Smith and her very hard-working committee of Hay Bonanza Inc for resurrecting the Street Bonanza night.

What a huge success, and this should continue each year as it is supporting our local businesses.

Thank you to the Hay community for supporting the night including the fantastic fireworks display from Anthony Slattery. You are all amazing.

When Kay Morrison approached us about selling the tickets for the Christmas raffle with CASE receiving the profits, we were all truly humbled. Thanks to the never-ending generosity of Hay business houses, the raffle was worth well over $3,000; absolutely amazing.

After tallying up the tickets sales, CASE has benefitted just over $3,000 which is unbelievable. This money will be used next year for our Annual Mental Health Day at the High School and also some training courses for senior students. We also intend running the CORES Suicide Intervention course for members of our community free of charge.

Once again, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts; and Merry Christmas.
