Easter shoot hotly contested
High winds and an overcast day added an extra element of difficulty to Hay Gun Club Easter Shoot.
Nevertheless, 40 competitors poured in from all corners to vie for the $6000 of cash and prizes on offer.

Wall wins Mitchell Cup
Jason Wall (centre) was presented with Hay Gun Club’s 2022 Mitchell Cup by Gene and Justin Mitchell. Wall won the annual event with a score of 30/31.
Gee’s in the zone
Simon Gee will be one of the five members of the 2022 Riverina Zone team, to compete at the NSW state titles in Wagga over the October long weekend.
January Gun Club winners
On Sunday Hay Gun Club conducted its first shoot for 2022 with 22 nominating.
Shooting proved a little tricky with an easterly breeze which at times caused the targets to dance about. Visitors came from Ivanhoe, Deniliquin and Coleambally.
